Yes. Bob quotes any WhatsApp number. When you say "ok, order it" on a first order, he asks permission to open an account on that number and needs only your name, then sends a card payment link. How Bob works →

Before payment, yes: change anything in the app, or tell Bob what to change and he re-quotes. After payment, message or call the team at the same number.

Yes. You use the same app and pay the same price. Measure the opening, build the order, and pick it up when it's ready, or send your installer with the order number.

Measure the width at the top, middle and bottom, and the height at left, middle and right, in inches. Use the smallest of each. If your tape lands between marks, use the fraction buttons (⅛ up to ⅞), so a 48 ½ inch opening goes in as 48 ½. Mirror and panel doors are measured the same way. The full guide →

White panel door kits start at $190 plus HST and mirror door kits at $375 plus HST (2-panel framed white, 36 by 83 inch opening). The complete kit built to the size you entered: door panels (2 or 3), top track, bottom track and fascia, in the material, edge style and colour you chose. HST is added at checkout. There is no delivery fee, no minimum order and no account fee.

Every order is a complete sliding closet door kit, built to the width and height you entered. The kit is the door panels (2 or 3, as you chose in the app), the top track, the bottom track and the fascia. That is the whole kit. It does not come boxed, and you pick it all up at once from our counter in Concord.

In the app and on the web, yes: you sign in with your phone number first (a code by text, about a minute), and the price then shows before you pay. On WhatsApp, Bob quotes the price with no account.

Standard orders are ready for pickup within 2 business days after payment. The app shows your pickup date before you pay, and you get a message the moment the order is on the shelf.

No. Card payments run through Stripe's checkout. Buildr never sees or stores card numbers.
