Yes. The number you see while you build the order is the number charged to your card, plus HST, which is added at checkout. Nobody calls later with a different number.
In the app and on the web you sign in first with your phone number (a code by text, no password); the price then shows as you build, before you pay. On WhatsApp you don't: Bob quotes any number and only asks to open an account when you say "ok, order it".
