Buildr's counter in Concord serves the GTA. If you manufacture sliding or closet doors anywhere else in Ontario, we want to talk. Buildr takes the order and the payment, in the app, on the web and on WhatsApp; installers in your city pick up at your counter. One Buildr price across the city, whoever makes the door.
Join Buildr and your shop runs on YNET+, the same order and back-office system behind every Buildr door. It doesn't stop at the orders we send you: your own customers, your own quotes, invoices and statements run on it too. One system for the whole business.
The setup wizard: company details, connect your email and files, import your history, and you're live.

One price across the city. Buildr sets the price installers see and keeps it the same across the city, whoever is building the door. You quote Buildr your trade price; Buildr sells at the Buildr price and takes the order, the payment and the support call.
Price before payment. The installer types the opening size, picks material, panels, edge and colour, and sees the price from your catalogue. No quote step, no callbacks.
Three ways in. The Buildr app on iPhone and Android, the web app, and Bob on WhatsApp, who quotes, opens the account from the phone number, and sends the payment link.
Paid before you cut. Card checkout by Stripe, HST handled, the order placed only when payment lands.
Pickup by business days. Pickup dates come from your working calendar and Ontario statutory holidays, shown before the installer pays. A message goes out the moment the order is on your shelf.
Your counter, your doors. Buildr doesn't carry stock and doesn't install. You build the doors; the system and the desk do the rest.
Not on the list? If it's in Ontario and installers drive to your counter, it counts.
Sliding door and closet door manufacturers anywhere in Ontario outside the GTA who want installers to order from them the way GTA installers order from Buildr: size in, price out, paid online, picked up at the counter.
The order desk: the Buildr app (iPhone and Android), the web app, Bob on WhatsApp, card payment by Stripe, pickup scheduling by business days and Ontario holidays, and the "ready for pickup" message. You bring the doors, the catalogue and the counter.
No. Buildr is pickup only, and that is the model we'd run with you: the installer picks up at your counter.
Email hi@buildr.to with your city, what you make, and a rough weekly volume. A person replies, not a form.
