Bob quotes the price and the pickup date before anything else. Say "ok, order it" and, on a first order, he asks permission to open an account on your WhatsApp number and needs only your name. Then the card payment link, and the moment payment lands, your order number, pickup details and a link to the app if you want to track it.
Width and height in inches, panel count, white panel or mirror, framed or frameless, colour. One line. If something's missing, Bob asks for just that one thing.
