Buildr is a volume supplier of made-to-measure closet sliding doors for builders, general contractors, renovation contractors, developers and property managers in the Greater Toronto Area. Every door is cut to the opening on the schedule, priced per project, and delivered as a complete kit (panels, top track, bottom track, fascia) to the job site or picked up at the counter in Concord.

Project pricing

Send the unit schedule and the volume and we price the project. For reference, a single 2-panel framed white door for a 72 × 80 opening is $255 + HST at list; a project comes back as a price per unit for the whole run.

Unit by unit, under one project

Every door carries the unit it belongs to (the app already labels orders by job site and unit). Your crews order from the site in the app or on WhatsApp; the account sees every unit, every status, in one place. No spreadsheet re-keying, no "which door was 304?".

The whole chain to the job site

For a building, pickup one door at a time makes no sense. Volume orders are built as a run and delivered to the site on a date agreed with you, as complete kits, labelled by unit, ready for the installers.

Made to the opening, in 2 business days

Standard single doors are ready in 2 business days; a run is scheduled against your install dates, and you see the dates before you commit. Ontario holidays and real production capacity, not a promise.

Schedule in, doors on site

  1. Step 1

    Send the schedule

    Openings, panel count, material and colour per unit. A PDF or a spreadsheet, however your site tracks it.

  2. Step 2

    A project price

    A price per unit for the whole run, based on the volume and the schedule.

  3. Step 3

    Build as a run

    Dates set against your install window. Crews can add late units from the site in the app or on WhatsApp.

  4. Step 4

    Delivered, labelled by unit

    Complete kits to the job site on the agreed date, or picked up at the counter if that suits the site better.

Who counts as a business account?

Anyone ordering closet doors for more than one unit at a time: home builders, general and renovation contractors, condo and rental developers, property managers, closet and cabinet companies, kitchen and bath installers. Email us the project and we set the account up.

What's different from ordering in the app?

The doors are the same made-to-measure kits. A project adds a project price for the whole schedule, ordering unit by unit under one project, and delivery of the whole run to your job site arranged with you.

Do you deliver to job sites?

For business volume orders, yes, by arrangement: one run, one site, one date. Single-door orders stay pickup only at the Concord counter.

How do I price a whole building?

Send the unit schedule (opening sizes, panel count, material, colour per unit) to hi@buildr.to. A person prices the project and comes back with a price per unit and a delivery schedule. No site visit needed if you have the openings.

Can my installers still order from the job site?

Yes. Your crews order under your project in the app or on WhatsApp, each door labelled by unit, and the account sees everything in one place.

How is a project priced?

Per project. Send the schedule and the volume, and we come back with a project price per unit. The same door costs the same anywhere in the GTA; what moves a project price is the volume and the schedule, not the postcode.
